Condominium Property Act — Statement of Account; Disclosure of Fees
Condo equivalent of the HOA account statement disclosure. Account statement within 5 business days of request at no charge, including annual charges, due dates, and unpaid assessments. Management body is bound by amounts shown. Charging a fee violates the Idaho Consumer Protection Act (I.C. 48-6). Annual transfer fee disclosure by January 1.
