Summary
Protected owner free-speech rights within California HOAs. Restricted associations from prohibiting members from using social media or online resources to discuss issues of concern. Authorized members to rent rooms within their unit to family members. Imposed a moratorium on the enforcement of certain governing-document provisions during a declared emergency. Amended Civ. Code §4515; added §4739 and §5875.
